Could somebody make book text-reading program for iPhone / iPhone touch?

I know there are several text-to-speech apps that reads what you have put into the box, so I don't think it would be hard to make an app that reads the text from anywhere in the iPhone like iBooks,..

When can I expect this feature to come true?
