That coupon looks just like the one I got from USPS this week. No cost. Nothing to fill out. Just ask at the counter.

Used the code online for 10% discount.

Then tried to add EDUC code. No work. Tried EDUC code only, all is fine. Try to add movers and will not add/stack.
I experienced the same thing. They work individually but not together. Has anyone had any luck talking to customer service? I doubt it'll be helpful, but always worth asking.

I just called their general customer support number. The agent said that stores can and should combine the education and movers discounts in store, regardless of the location, but that you'll get an invalid message online if you try to combine them.

This is correct. Can be done in store, but not online.

Just out of curiosity, any idea why? They work individually online.

How are you able to use the coupon on line? The only number or code is the 24-digit scan code, and the website (bestbuy.com/moverscoupon) specifically states that it is IN STORE only.

I also find it interesting that while "Apple branded accessories for iPhone, iPad, audio and computing" are specifically excluded, apparently Apple computers are not.

...

Not sure how you got to the linked page above....

I am looking at my coupon. It has the 24 digit code and right under it is:

Online Code : xxxxxxxxx (9 digit code).

Maybe your coupon is different. And, maybe they have changed them?

That website was listed on the back of the coupon. Perhaps there are different versions of the coupon floating around.

Coupon restrictions

To my knowledge, these coupons have expired. Should the issue arise again, like others have pointed out, these coupons (and just about every other Best Buy coupon) exclude UMRP (Unilateral Market Retail Price) items. UMRP products are typically the same price at every authorized retailer. These products CAN go on sale because they are VENDOR FUNDED, which means it is at the discretion of the manufacturer and not (in this case) Best Buy.

Anyway, when the associate scans the coupon and it doesn't work, do not blame them or get upset; if it is supposed to work, it will. The reason these coupons don't work on UMRP products is because the prices are set by the manufacturers and, as previously stated, it is at their discretion when their products go on sale, and for the sake of uniformity I suppose, they want their products to be the same price everywhere. If a UMRP product is sold below its set price, the manufacturer can and will pull their products from being sold at the particular retailer. The employees are just following company-wide policies which oftentimes, unfortunately, favor the company over the customer, but such is retail.

On occasion, management will opt to appease the customer over following SOP and give their approval to use coupons on excluded products. The more likely case is that, instead of giving a discount on the core product, they will include free or discounted accessories like cases, cables, etc.

• Apple computers are -not- excluded in the mover's coupon terms - the 10% off works.

• The mover's coupons get reissued continually with new expiration dates.

• Some mover's coupons have an online code (separate from the bar code number.) Some don't.

• According to terms on the coupons, .edu should not stack with mover's. (I'm surprised that someone called in and was told they would stack.)

• That said, they will stack in store, but supposedly the .edu needs to be scanned first. The register will take both with no override required. If the associate is unwilling to scan both, go to another store or go back later and try with someone else.
