"Coult not activate cellular data network" on US iPhone while in the UK

So, I've upgraded to 3.0 while working here in the UK. I have an AT&T account. Generally, the only network worth connecting was O2, but after upgrading to 3.0, I can't do any data related stuff over 3G. WiFi works fine though.

Also, I have a coworker who has encountered the same issue. We have data roaming, 3G and Location Services enabled. Am I missing something?
