If anyone is interested in when the 10 billion mark will happen. This link has the data updated every hour. I've been capturing using a scheduled download for a few days. Figured I would share.

The fields are:
DATETIME (Time is 4 Hours before EST)
COUNT (Total Downloads out of 10 Billion)
Rate (Rate of increase per hour, presumably based on the prior hour).
