Counter Strike : GO FPS issues

Hey guys,

I have just tried CS GO for the first time on my Mac mini today..and its bad..real bad..

I tried low resolutions, settings on low etc...but to no avail..

Can someone recommend me something to try that will help with my FPS that is in the 20-40 range

its a late 2012 Mini. HD 4000 Graphics.

According to Steam, Mac OS version requires a separate Graphics Card.

You can get away with what you have if you use the Windows version...
