Counter-Strike Source on mac.. Settings

What are the best video settings on my iMac for running CS:S with less lag and more FPS? I used to play a lot on PC until my brother moved out and took it, now I'm left with Mac and my settings suckeddddd..
iMac 24"
My computer specs...

Model: iMac9,1, BootROM IM91.008D.B08, 2 processors, Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.66 GHz, 4 GB, SMC 1.37f3
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9400, NVIDIA GeForce 9400, PCI, 256 MB
Memory Module: global_name

i'd set it on all low for the best FPS. the graphics card isn't the greatest but it will run pretty well on low settings.

Neither did I until the other day, and no. The only games I know that work forsure are HL:2 CS:S DoD:S and TF2
