Just curious where everyone has been. You don't need to use the TravBuddy map either, you may write it out.

That's really cool. I would post, but unfortunately i haven't left the US yet. There are so many countries i would like to visit tho.

I'm sure there are more that were forgettable, these are the places that I could think of without thinking. I am offended that places like Monaco seem to have gotten bigger circles than HK (at least, I don't see any green there...)

9% here. Mostly centred on Europe. No surprise there.

Hong Kong is just a part of China now. In the same way Scotland isn't shown as different from England or Wales.

dynamicv, how as South Africa? What did you do there? Is it worth the trip? I really want to go there but I don't know anyone who has gone there.

Yeah, but while Scotland wasn't given its own checkbox (WTF?), HK was. I would have thought it would get its own dot. Maybe I should check of China as well, just in case (although when I went, HK was part of the UK so maybe I should just call it part of the UK. But then again, it is more Chinese than British. AHHHHHH!!!!)

Don't really want to create an account with that site just to list where I've been....

USA: Oregon, Colorado, New Jersey, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Missouri, Tennessee, and Arkansas.

Outside the USA: Sweden, Finland, Denmark, England, and Belize.

...yeah, put me square in the "I need to travel more" camp.

USA
Canada 3x
Mexico 1x
Bermuda 2x
Ireland 1x
Italy 1x when I was 3

And I have also been to another planet
- Disney World

23% is less traveled than I thought.

Hopefully with the China Olympics and next World Cup events, I can add some more to the list.

I was in the US of A last month. It wasn't as bad as the rest of the world makes it out to be surprisingly. Oh the people were reasonable to talk to also.:D I might even return, gosh!

I've been twice. Once for a week, and once that was supposed to be just for a month and ended up with me renting a flat and staying for a while :D

It's a stunning country and so worth the visit. I did a lot of SCUBA diving up and down the Natal coast, but also went up to the Kruger Park for a week to check out the wildlife actually in the wild, and down to the Cape twice for sightseeing and doing the wine route. Wherever you go there are amazing things to see. The view driving up to Ulundi from Durban is absolutely stunning, the wildlife both in the sea and on land is just incredible. I dived with so many sharks I lost count, and on one trip through a park in northern Natal we rounded a corner and had to kill the engine so a herd of 400 or so elephants could cross the road down to the river (and yes, they do use their trunks as snorkels when they swim). I would recommend it to anyone.

So you didn't get fat or get shot?

Let me tell you, you are very lucky.

On a serious note where did you visit in the US

Damm! Only 12%??
US, Canada, Mexico, Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Slowenia, Austria, Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, UK, SA, Zimbabwe, Thailand, japan, India, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Tunisia, Egypt, Hungary, Russia
Thats it. I thought it will be more :p

So you didn't get fat....
True story. I was in a chocolate shop in Florida. When I chose my six pieces of chocolate the *ahem* rather large lady behind the counter looked at the bag and asked with a sneer in her voice "Is that all?"

Yet when I replied "Yes, that will be all" she noticed my accent and said "Oh you're English. I love you English. How do you all stay so slim?"

:)

And you're also missing about half of New England. Jerk. :p

"You'd be skinny too if you had to eat our crap!" :p

I've lived here all my life and haven't gotten shot.

:p

I didn't count states that I had layovers in. :p

Poo, not nearly enough traveling done. Hmph.

I'd say where else I'd love to go, but it's a moot point 'cause given the opportunity, I don't think there's really a place I'd turn down (er, maybe Antarctica ). But okay... Central and Southern America. Eastern Europe. Further explore W. Europe. Africa. Asia. Australia. All those sexy islands down there. :D

USA

And I was on a cruise that stopped at the Grand Cayman Islands and Cozumel, Mexico, so I've been there for a few hours. Eventually I'll get a chance to travel
