If its another userland exploit it can potentially be used for any device on IOS4.
So even ones stuck with 3GS models with no SHSH's or with late bootrom could JB with a tool that uses this exploit and unlock with ultrasnow.

Look at the size of the photo, thats the iPhone 4 resolution screenshot, therefore it was captured on an iPhone 4.
