This is the reason I will continue to fully support Apple. To err is obviously human, but they make sure to make up for it and take care of you as much as possible.

Pre-ordered on the Apple site today and it wouldn't let me change my shipping address. Finally got through to customer service about an hour ago, they changed the address, and offered me this coupon without me even asking for it:

Very nice. I had a similar issue, then realized that I was being locked into my AT&T billing address (which was not my desired shipping address). I made the change through AT&T, and then could place the order with Apple as I intended. I figured this out before I was able to get through to Apple by phone (they were pretty swamped this morning). But I'm very glad they treated you well.
 
Good to see you got looked after.

All I got, after having my order cancelled for no apparent reason was being told to order again.
 
Wow. They gave you a discount of you spend more money. LOL.
