I used a Dbrand skin to cover up the controversial back color of the gold Xs Max.

How is it controversial? A lot of people like it. Golds not my thing, but I don’t think it looks bad from the pics. Haven’t seen one in person yet

I am being rather tongue and cheek when I say controversial. It just seems that several posts have been made about people not liking the gold. I like it, but was really looking for a black and gold combo. I was trying to post a picture but can’t seem to figure out how.

I like the gold and don’t even dislike the back color. Heck, I had the 8+ in gold and that was far more pink than the XS is in certain light. I just like the combo of black and gold ( CU Buffs fan (c:= )

I liked the gold siding, but wasn’t fond of the back color tho. That was the only color on stock on release day, so had to order a space grey instead.

I like the gold side and black back.
