Hi. I need to get another fan for my late 2012. The one that was in it is a .60amp. Will a .50 amp work in it's place? That's all I see on ebay. Thank you bill

I see they list fans for late 2012 Mac mini as a example.
I once replaced the fan in a 2012 mini with a 0.5 A model and it didn't work properly. in the beginning everything looked like it was working as expected. but after a while the fan started to act funny: fan running at full blast despite the system being idle or the fan made strange noises. replaced the fan with the 0.6 A model and all was well again.
