CPU usage high

I have an early 2011 MacBook Pro and I just installed Mac OS sierra. My computer is running slow and the CPU usage is high. My memory is fine though. What should I do? Will getting for RAM help the CPU issue?

Which process is using more than expected?

Deactivate Siri and look if the CPU usage is still high.
