The farce continues - it's actually laughable now. I finally got through to a human at CPW (human=questionable!) and:
1. He couldn't find my order using the order number - it just doesn't exist at all if he's to be believed
2. He couldn't find my existing mobile contract which was purchased through CPW and still active
3. He couldn't even find me as a customer by searching with my surname
He offered to place the order again via phone. We went through the whole process (again - 3rd time lucky?!) and he assured me it's for delivery tomorrow.
So I may have anywhere between 0 and 4 iPhones turn up tomorrow... my wager is 0.
