CPW Iphone....No activation

Got my iphone today from CPW.


Ive not activated the o2 sim yet.


Say if i dont activate the sim will i still be signed upto the contract?


If not and i was to wait for the jailbreak could i pretty much have the phone on PAYG if i was to put a payg sim in the handset

You signed up to the contract when you went and got it today in the store. Give it a bit of time and it'll activate - they were having major problems throughout the day in the UK. I bought mine from CPW today at 8.30am and it only activated at 8.00pm!

No i had mine deliverd from CPW today....and its not activated.


Ive not tried activating yet.

Say if i was'nt to activate with the included o2 sim would i still be signed upto the contract?

Do i sign upto the contract once i activated or is the contract setup now as soon as i orderd?


Say if i never activated the sim for another 3 months would the contract start as soon as i activate in 3 months (Im not going to activate in 3 months😀)
