I did post this in another thread, but I fear it was lost... Can I be really stupid and ask what "Stage 1" and "Stage 2" are. I appreciate they are points along the order 'pathway', but would like someone to clarify the details. How do I find out what stage I am at? *Attention Shaggy Dog Story Alert* Particularly annoyed as o2 are a bunch of muppets. I ordered online 0830 day one only to be denied by the crap ordering system which gave me the 'telesales' message. By the time I got through to them, the o2 system crashed. Meanwhile CPW opened up their online sales. Again, I was one of the first to order. This would have been fine, except that the initial o2 order was actually charged to my credit card (despite no confirmation message being sent) and so, despite the CPW order being processed, my credit card company suspected fraud and held the payment to CPW as well. Rather than contact me, CPW sat on their arses and effectively cancelled the order (DESPITE a confirmation email being sent!). It was only yesterday (after an evening call from credit card) that I found out what had happened and contacted CPW. There is now doubt whether I'll get my phone before Monday. Piss up, Brewery? No chance.
