What do you think?

I wouldn't. It is purely cosmetic and Apple will replace it. Why not wait until a few months before the new iPhone comes out and then sell the brand new refurbished one you got?

Could this crack grow (like when you get a crack on a car windshield?)? If so, can it damage the dock port and speakers? If things get worse then no one would want to buy it from me.

Would Apple replace it? I'm afraid they would just tell me it's my fault and they wont do it. :-/

They will replace it for you 9 times out of 10. If for some reason the genius doesn't want to, just push a little and they will. I literally went in, said "I have a few cracks and I was just wondering..." he cut me off and just said "Yeah, I'll get you a replacement." So your mileage may vary, but if I were you, I'd take my chances on it.
