Cracked apps from iphone to pc?

Is there any way to take the cracked apps that I downloaded from the installous app and put them on my pc? I have appsync and SSH (which I know how to use) if I need it.

well i know how to get them onto my pc, but i meant how to i get them into itunes so they can sync automatically to my phone, in case i loose the app from my phone
