So, you are suggesting that it is more moral that the OP's mother not take responsibility for the repair because of filial duty, but it's completely okay to lie to Apple and commit fraud.
Congratulations on your swap out,,,but, some advice,,,don't place your iPad face down on the granite worktop, it's likely to get scratched or the case can get dented,,,eventually. Just a tip!
Great tip, thanks. I did have a nice screen protector and the carbon fiber skin on it already, though, so it's all protected. Plus, the worktop is only the bar in the kitchen and is glossy and smooth to the touch.
Well, considering all I paid for was the AC+ and got the iPad replaced for free (no usage of the deductible), I'd say there's nothing my mother needed to pay for. Plus, she already got me countless other stuff since then with Christmas and being a dope mama, and...you know...birthed me and whatnot.
Also, if my iPad mini users out there are looking for a good case still, I'm about to cop a red one of these Invellop cases. The reviews look great and the video reviews on YouTube show the case seems very good for the price.
Its not about the height of the fall, but the angle of the landing. Mine just fell off a 1ft Ikea stool and cracked the glass. Oh well, I guess it gives me a chance to see how SquareTrade handles the reimbursement process.
