I broke my phone and the parts of the glass fell off..the stick part has a lot of dust and gross stuff on it now, will they be able to replace the screen? There is also some wired screen bleeding

Yes, they will remove the whole front and put a new screen.
The back and the housing will be the same way it is now so if there's any dents, scratches or marks it will still look the same as now.
Just the front glass piece will be brand new.

can you see the internals of the phone? depending on who you see at the genius bar, usually when the internals get exposed they might want to replace the entire phone because who knows what moisture, dust, etc could get inside and end up ruining something
