Crashed to safe mode, cant get out of it

Hey guys, 4.2.1 jb ip4, it crashed randomly into safe mode, and i cant get out of safe mode also all my apps rearranged on its own, im about throw this phone into a wall, what the hell is going on?

restarts wont help, what can i do please help 🙁

ugh its fixed, i still dont understand why all my apps go array now i have to rearrange them all over again

You probably have something installed through Cydia that is causing the phone to go into safe mode. I never have such issue because I only install a few popular apps.
