Happens often enough. Depends on the website. If you keep running Jira for example for a few days it might crash or safari might block it because it draws too much power.

So it is not just me? JIRA in general does not work on Safari. I have issues scrolling down the page both on the iPad and the iPhone. Btw I have Chrome on the iPhone and have no such issues with JIRA so to me it seems some incompatibility between JIRA and Safari.

The Jira app works well enough on iOS. At least good enough for me on the go.

Has anyone figured out how to stop Safari from crashing and restarting their iPad? My seems to be doing this more and more? It as bad as Windows Blue screen of death now. MAyse it is my old iPad Pro9.7? Or iOS 13.1 to 14 causing the crash?

I’ll guess that you have tried to restart. If that didn’t fix it then I suggest a restore. Never had any such issues with safari on any of my devices.
