iPad Crazy battery drain: Telegram

Folks, do you know what and why this might be?
i see a crazy battery drain caused by Telegram background activity. The background app refresh is off.

Sorry that's happening to you. Mine looks different. Instead of my Telegram app, my Notes and Canvas app are the big culprits. No idea why, except it helps when I turn on airplane mode when I'm not using it.

Do you watch movie on telegram? There is option in telegram to download in background which keep downloading all selected video.

I do not, but as you can see, kt was 1 min screen time and hrs of background activity

I mean, if the background download option below is on, the video will be still downloaded even though the screen is off.
