Im going on my second week with my Space Blk Stainless.
I’m still looking at it admiring from time to time.

So those who have had their SS watches for six months are more are you
still looking at your watches and admiring how it looks.

Lol yeah I know

There will surely be so much love involved to admire his/her SS watch from day to day.

I have LTE aluminium watch and I like it. But I don’t think I will be such a guy to admire the watch, be it SS or not.

I just like looking at it.... maybe in time it will wear off. Maybe admire was too strong

I really don’t admire my Apple Watch, but I do appreciate that does look nice paired with a nice leather band or stainless steel link band. The customizable options always change the look of the Apple Watch.

Much better choice of words. I do like the way it looks. Nice functional piece of jewelry

I do still admire mine from time to time. Like you, I sprung for a higher end model. I have a Series 2 SS with genuine Link Bracelet. I started with the Series 0 (original) Apple Watch when it was first released, and separately bought the Link Bracelet at the end of 2015. I plunked down the $450 for that strap because in my opinion it is a work of engineering art, and quite striking to look at. It's also more comfortable to wear than the Leather Loop or Sport Bands that I previously used (and still own, but haven't touched in ages).

The Link Bracelet sets the watch apart, as even today I see very few in the wild. I still get occasional compliments from cashiers.

I would put the Space Black stainless watches in that category too. They are something special. They are stunning paired with the black Milanese or Link Bracelets. I'm probably going to upgrade my watch again when the Series 4 comes out, and am finding myself looking at the Space Black finish more and more. I'm not sure I'll go that route - the regular stainless is a timeless and classy look, but I'm definitely going to think about it.

I have the SBSS with the original black link bracelet. I’ve been wearing the watch for more than a year every day and the bracelet is about a year old.

I was worried about the bracelet getting scratched and showing the silver colored metal underneath the DLC coating but I am flabbergasted to see almost no scratches whatsoever on the bracelet and I am not pampering the watch either.

The watch on the other hand has had some micro dents from getting knocked on hard surfaces but nothing deep enough for the metal to become visible.

Overall, I am impressed with the wear resistance of the watch and the bracelet in particular.

I think my SBSS looks very nice, I'm proud to wear it daily and change up the look with unique bands. That said while I no longer wear many of my classic mechanical watches they were nicer looking still, more art pieces, but the realities of my modern "digital" life (lol) make wearing and enjoying my Apple Watch a no brainer.

See when I’m just sitting around for a bit I just look at it and go nice. I had a sport model and I put a plastic cover over it. I wasn’t too impressed it was a hand me down.
But I finally decided to go for it and went whole hog top of the line.
I wear the black cloth on the weekends but last week at work I threw on my black link band it looked good.
I realize the new one is coming out in so we shall see. But the 42mm is plenty

I've had my Space Black with matching black link band since Series 0 and have loved it ever since the day I got it. I never even bothered to buy any other bands because I love that space black link so much. A few months ago I bought the Space Black Series 3 and immediately put my beloved black link band on it, putting the orange sports band that I later bought on my series 0 watch. Day after day.....I never tire of my beautiful watch and its band, and, yes, still look at it frequently and admire it.

Some Thing interesting else about the black stainless link band that many don’t know about, is it also does have a diamond like carbon coating as well, just like the space black stainless watch does. So the durability is also very resilient with the space black link band.
