Hi!

Is there away to create a shortcut (icon) which I could place on Mac’s desktop or in the dock - and when the icon is pressed (clicked) that would launch a key sequence (or key) Respectively, I would need to simulate an action where a specific key or key combination is pressed on a keyboard with a single ‘Click’ / tap.

I need this to enable touch based secondary click when using Luna/Astropad and there is no physical mouse near, just my iPad which is a touchscreen wireless Catalina desktop.

That would enable me to tap the ucon and tap something on the screen which needs to be right-clicked with another finger.

Alternatively any other ideas on fast accesible right click with a touchscreen without bringing up on-screen keyboard?

Generally - gestures like primary tap, dragging, 2 finger tap to zoom, scrool work, however I cannot seem to find a way to quickly enable right click.

To try somethhing different - I tried to play around with Smooze drawing gestures for shortcuts, however it won’t really allow me to create a gesture which would represent a ^+left click = ‘right click’ combination.

Havent tested Dwelling or Autoclickers yet, however I noticed that there seem to be an option for Win users to press / and hold for right click. That would seem to be a good option if that exists for a MacOS (without any additional visual guidance). Just clicking / pressing primary click without moving, for example, for 1-2 seconds would do a secondary click.

Tried quite a lot of apps: autoclickers, BetterTouchTool (maybe there was some way), Middle, some pref. panes, KeySmith, Multitouch. Nothing did what I needed.

Dwelling feature was a bit too complicated.

Not sure in what way Luna registers taps which resemble as a click on a mac, however I tried to enable, for example, 3 finger tap on touchpad (I did not have options for mouse) in Multitouch app which should turn into a secondary click, however such a tap worked on my trackpad but did not work on my iPad / Luna.
