create a virtual f13-f15 keys

Not sure if this is the proper place for this question but here it goes. I need to use a video switcher app and it has some hotkeys preset that cannot be changed which at f13, f14, and f15 but I have the bluetooth keyboard with out those. Is there some way or program that I can make another key or f key pretend that they are those. I cant seem to find anything.
