macOS Create APPL.icns from image icon?

I remember using a nifty little app (think it was made by Apple themselves) that converted an icon that you had as an image-file into an APPL.icns-file which contained all sizes you needed. Can't remember what it was called though...

Image Composer comes with Xcode in the Developer folder.

I meant Icon Composer of course. You can drag and drop image file into it and save it to an .icns file.
