iOS Create certificate and provision file

Hi,

how can i make certificate and provision file without having a mac and xcode?
My mac is on service and i need it now.
I must have XCODE for that?

I will try to run it on virtual machine.

You can do it via Terminal to, I just have no idea how to do it (you can even do it on windows).
