Create Chapters in iMovie?

So, I created a movie in iMovie but can not figure out how to create chapters which allow easy jumping forward and backward.

Can somebody help me figure this out?

i cant figuire this out either? and how to put them into iDVD and burn? so they work

If you are using iMovie 08, you cannot do it. iMovie '06, yes, but not '08.
