iPhone Create custom settings shortcut on iOs 5.1.1

Hello,

I have an iPhone 3GS iOg 5.1.1 (bb 05.13.04) jailbroken and I would like to create a quick shortcut to the General>Cellular settings, in order to turn off cellular data without having to remember from where to do it (my grandma will use this iPhone...) I saw a lot of ways to do that on the web but they are no more working with ios 5.1 and newer, how can I do that? thank you!

Why not just use NCSettings?

That's pretty easy. Swipe down, then tap the cellular data button.
