Create folder under Apple in Sys Pref

I want to create my own folder under the Apple folder in the Desktop pane in System Preferences. Picture below explains. Is it possible?

Click the "+" in the lower left, then browse and select a folder to add.

No. Those are Apple's built in ones, yours go in Folders.
