iPhone Create Hotspot via console

Hi, i'm new at forum so it's my first thread. Sorry in advance if this post is not in correct place.

My question is: anyone knows if there is a way to create a hotspot via ssh console on a Jailbroked iPhone/iPad?? and using a otg external wifi adapter?
