Create "On My Mac" folder in Apple Mail?

Dear all -

I would like to create an "On My Mac" folder within my Sent folder in Apple Mail. Can I do this?

The new "On My Mac" folder would be a nice place to where I could move some of my old outgoing emails, which currently reside in my IMAP-based Sent folders and hence take quota space.

I don't think you can put it in the "Sent" section of Mail, but you can surely put it in the "On My Mac" section. Just label it properly and it should be fine.

To add a mailbox, click the "+" button in the lower left. To move messages, just click and drag.
