Create PassBook stuff for third-parties yet?

So, does anyone know how to create Starbucks card entries yet, or entries for loyalty cards and stuff like BestBuy?

I found this site... http://www.passsource.com ... but it seems that the barcodes are different from what the stores themselves offer. A possible problem.

What's the deal?

The vendors (Starbucks, etc) have to create passes. You can then get them via email, an app or on a website.
