Create playable DVD from VIDEO_TS folder

I have -

DMGConverter - creates .dmg, but wont play in MBP DVD Player
iDMG - creates .dmg, but wont play in MBP DVD Player

All burnable to a DVD that will not play in my Sony BluRay. DVD's created with iMovie and created with iDVD do play in the BluRay.

DVD Imager - says it's "working" but doesn't do anything. Literally, let it run for 2 hours and nothing happened.

Are the only solutions DVD2One or Toast?

Get Toast.

I think you need to format your DVD to UDF for players to pick up that it is a playable DVD. Toast and similar commercial burners will do that.
