Create "virtual" CD drive in OS X?

Is there any way to create a virtual optical disc drive in OS X?

So if, for example, I went to burn a CD in iTunes (or whatever) it would "see" an external CD/DVD drive that wasn't really there. The output would be an ISO file or something.

I know if you have Toast Titanium can create virtual discs, not sure if it does what you want though, it should.

AFAIK you can make disc images with Toast, but it won't create a 'drive' that the rest if the OS can 'see' and burn to.
