creating a checkbox in indesign?

i'm working on making a document in indesign that will i will convert into a form for acrobat. how do i make a checkbox in indesign?
 
I believe you have to do that in Acrobat Pro.
ie: draw the checkbox in InDesign, then define it as a checkbox region in Acrobat.
