I would really like to create a keyboard shortcut (if possible) to shorten a repetitive task. Basically, i have a really long stupid email address that i find my self typing out over and over again through-ought the day, it would be great if i could just hit a keyboard shortcut (of any length) and it would appear so i don't have to type it....
any ideas...?
