Creating a 'neater' morer professional photo gallery in Iweb.

I'm using Iweb 09 and would like to create a gallery that looks like this:

Or this:

As suppose to, well, what I have now:

It doesn't have the same pro look.

Basically I want neat square previews (regardless if the photos is rectangular) with little space in between.

I just cannot figure how to do this.

I believe they are using lightbox or something similar.
