Creating a shortcut to switch between displays

I just took the monitor off my Windows machine and plugged it into my Pro desktop, giving me two displays. I am trying to either find or create a shortcut that will allow me switch focus between the displays without using the mouse. So far I've had no luck finding a solution (perhaps my search skills need improving or I don't know the "Mac" term for these things). Does anyone have a suggestion?

"Focus"? When you're working with multiple displays, you deal with applications and application windows in the same way as on one display. Unless you're talking about something different, command-tab will always switch to the second-most recently used application, no matter what display it's on.
