Hey guys,

I was wondering if you could answer something for me?

I want to build an iOS app that when you click buttons/sliders/toggles it will change settings in the Settings app?

Is that possible?

Simple answer:
No

More correct answer:
Sort of... you can change some settings with code, but they will revert to the original setting once your app has closed. For example, you can alter the display brightness. Actually, off the top of my head, that may be the only thing you can do... I really cannot think of anything else.

Look into the recent posts of the Launcher topic and this Settings topic. You can't actually switch toggles on/off. Untill iOS10 third party apps could directly open URL schemes though to certain areas of the Settings app and to open certain Apple apps and settings in those apps directly. You could all start these from a widget in the Notification Center (I'm still doing that in IOS10.3.2) such as Launcher, Magic Launcher and others. Unfortunately Apple no longer allows this since a few months ago see also this blogpost from Cromulent Labs the developer of Launcher.
