Creating an upload area

How would I go about setting up an area for clients to upload images etc that are too large to email across to me? I have a printer who uses iDisk but that is part of the .MAC package. I have webspace but don't want to give out my ftp details to them incase they muck up my sites! And of course it needs to be very simple for them 😉

Is there another way to do this?
