Its quite easy, use the search feature here at Macrumors, there's a number of threads detailing the steps. there's also quite a few websites already out on the web detailing how to do it. Just google it.

Thanks. Maybe I am missing something but I never actuall downloaded lion, it was on there when I got my mbp. I cannot "re-download" lion...now what?
