iPod touch Creating Multiple Calendars on iPod Touch?

I noticed on the iPhone that you could have multiple calendars that are color coded. I've been playing with the Calendar app on the 2.0 firmware for a while now and can't figure out how to do it. Any know how?

you have to set it up in ical or windows calendar

Create another calendar in the program you use to sync events with and it should show up on your ipod. For example I use Outlook 2007, when the Ipod is connected I went over to the info tab and chose to sync all 3 of my calendars.
