iOS Creating Smaller Modal View in iPhone Programatically

I am wanting to create what I think is a smaller Modal View window on my iPhone App. Basically the user clicks the button, and a smaller box shows up with different buttons on the inside to give the option to connect with Facebook or Email. I have set up IBActions before linking the View controllers together, but it always is a brand new view, the same size as the previous one. How do you make it just a small modal view?

Yea, that's why I quit using this one for a while. Got tired of asking a question on a help forum and people answering that I should go to google or buy a book. Shouldn't be considered a help forum at all anymore.
