I made a youtube video, it works on my pc. But when I try to view on my iPhone it won't work?? Help please.

Also is there any good programs for youtube conversion??

For the iPhone it needs to be no bigger than 480X270.better at 320X240
Preferably mpeg-4 or m4v video.128Kbps audio.

H.264 codec

I thought videos automatically got converted when uploaded to YouTube?

they do.

OP: you have no control over if you can see the YouTube video on your phone. When YouTube eventually gets around to converting your video to h.264, then you can view it. All videos are converted to Flash when they're uploaded. YouTube is going through the process of converting all to a format that will work with AppleTV and iPhone. I believe they're starting with the most popular and working their way down. All YouTube videos should be iPhone compatible by the end of the year I think.
