Credit Balance in iTunes

Hello,

I need to change the country in itunes but it won't let me because I have a balance of .67 cents. The problem is how can I get rid of those .67 cents?... there is nothing in iTunes or App Store for that amount.

Buy something more than 67 cents, and pay the difference with a debit/charge card (or PayPal)?

Open another account. I have 2 in the US and one in Italy.
