Crooked iPhone button - is it just me?

Hello,

Just picked up my iPhone 3GS yesterday. Today I noticed an issue (i think). The wake/sleep button is crooked. While it still works just fine I think this is not normal. I attached the picture of how it looks. I am thinking of going in to get it replaced, howerver want to know if this is done by design. I tried finding top pics of iPhone but couldn't.

My 3G was like that - not much of an issue. It worked perfectly until I sold it 🙂.

I think people with yellow/poor quality screens have a more valid reason for an exchange.

It's a common issue. I had the same issue on my 3G. I wouldn't bother returning if you have a good screen and no light leakage. Within time the button may even itself out.

from what i hear its pretty bad, my buddy works for sprint and yea he says its bad. return rate.

iPhone owners are lucky the geniuses are lenient on replacements.
