Cropping screen captures/grabbing precise images

I use photoshop express for rotating, cropping mainly. You can also do some more things like sharpen, etc. It's pretty useful for me, I probably couldn't run a full photoshop program to save my life haha.

I like FX Photo Studio HD for this plus lots more features / effects. It's a paid app - but only $3-5 depending on frequent short term sales. Really great app.
 
umm, will try some of the above. I just wondered if there was an app that mimics using 'cmd+shift+4' whilst surfing the net..........

App Store apps can't, since apps are run one at a time, you couldn't run Safari (or any other app) and the screenshot app at the same time. Jailboken apps don't have this limitation though so it is possible, but I haven't seen anything like it.
 
You could try an app called little snapper which will allow you to crop your screen captures. In other words, you can do partial page screen captures instead of a full screen capture.
