Anyone have one installed yet? I'm still hung up in a new HD and am thinking about taking the SSD route for a few extra bucks. 250GB or higher cap for a late 09 MacBook Pro 13" and may upgrade to a newer 15" MacBook Pro soon.

Yep. I was one of the first to install this. It should run great in yours at SATA II speeds. It does occasionally beach ball at SATA III speeds.
