but after doing Carbon Copy Cloner from the HDD, the SSD works! No issues whatsoever so far
Just to confirm, which drive are you referring to here, the new MX300 or the old MX100? I am guessing the 300 but the "but" part of your post has me wondering.

I have the MX300 and am happy with it. Seems like Crucial's customer service is pretty good. Good to know.

Haha yeah the MX300 was the one I was referring to...and you're right, Crucial's customer service is amazing, no hassle whatsoever...
